Dr. Vosti hails from California, earning his bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from BYU and obtaining his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Western States Chiropractic School in Portland, Oregon. Specializing in Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture, Decompression, and Cold Laser Therapy, Dr. Vosti exhibits a genuine love for his work and a deep passion for tending to the overall well-being of each individual. Practicing what he preaches, he leads an active, healthy lifestyle, spending his free time cycling, running, playing pickleball, and backpacking.

Tracy
Tracy is our office manager. She grew up in Washington State but now calls Utah home, especially the mountains where you will find her skiing, hiking, and rock climbing. She also enjoys sailing and hanging out with her grandkids. She loves working with the staff at Vosti Chiropractic and Acupuncture and keeps everything running smoothly.
Seanna is our amazing front office manager and receptionist. She brings sunshine and energy to the office. Originally from sunny California, she moved to Utah 20 years ago with her family. Seanna enjoys reading and running half marathons. Formerly a preschool teacher, she loves working with the staff and patients at Vosti Chiropractic and Acupuncture.

Natalie
Natalie is our fabulous, new Accounts Manager and has loved getting to know the patients and staff at Vosti Chiropractic and Acupuncture. She was born and raised in Utah and holds degrees from BYU and the University of Utah. She is a busy mom to 4 school-aged children and spends a lot of time outside of work watching youth sports (lacrosse and tennis!), driving carpools, and questioning kids about missing assignments! In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, visiting National Parks with her family, and spending time with friends.
Amelia is one of our two Chiropractic Assistants you might meet in our office. She is originally from Phoenix, Arizona, and moved to Utah in 2015. She graduated from Alta High School in 2024 with a CNA license and a drive to go further in the medical field.
Amelia will be attending UVU to pursue a Radiology Technicians degree. When she is not in the office or at school you can find Amelia playing the trombone in her band, listening to audiobooks or crafting.

Emily has lived in the Sandy, Utah area most of her life. She graduated from BYU with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She taught first grade for several years at Draper Elementary School. Most recently she taught PE at Sprucewood Elementary School.
She and her husband have four children, As a family they love to attend musical theater and playing games together, She also loves running, hiking and hosting the occasional tea party, She is so excited to work with the amazing staff at Vosti Chiropractic and getting to know all of our wonderful patients too!
Introducing Kat Adlard of Mahu Ora Bodyworks Massage studio to our practice. With four years of experience as a sports and medical massage therapist, Kat specialize in helping clients recover, restore mobility, and relieve chronic pain. Her extensive training includes cross fiber friction, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, sports massage and lymphatic techniques, allowing me to tailor each session to your specific needs.
She uses a medium to firm pressure approach, focusing on targeting problem areas while keeping you informed and educated throughout the session. Kat’s goal is not just to provide relief during your appointment, but to empower you with at-home healing techniques, including specific workouts and stretches to support your recovery.
She works extensively with headaches, jaw pain (TMJ), low back, glute, and hip pain, as well as other muscular imbalances. Whether you’re an athlete, dealing with chronic discomfort, or just looking to improve mobility, I’m here to help you move and feel better.
